Q-Mark Dual Certification
The Forza standard range of Q mark Dual certification doorsets is based on a choice of two Multilock ironmongery sets: Winkhaus Ref. AV3 and GU Ref. 6-36037-69-0-1 tested for:
Fire: FD30/FD60 tested to BS EN 1634-1: 2000 & BS 476: Part 22: 1987
Enhanced Security: Classification D tested to PAS 24: 2016 (annex A & B) (Product Assessment Specification) –Enhanced security performance for doorsets.
Included in PAS 24 Annex A. 3/ 4 Security hardware and cylinder test and assessment – PASS.
Annex B 4.3 Manipulation test, B 4.4.4 Manual cutting test, B4.5 Mechanical loading test, B 4.6 Manual check test, B4.8 soft body impact test, B4.9 Hard body impact test – PASS.
Mechanical operation & strength: (Medium duty : external doorsets to dwellings providing primary access. Office doorsets providing access to areas not visited by members of the public. School classrooms.) tested to BS6375-Part 2: 2009 & BS6375-Part 3: 2009. BS EN 1191:2012. EN15685: 2011

Manufacturing procedures meet the requirements of BS 644: 2012 doorsets-fully finished factory – assembled windows and doorsets of various types – specification. The British standard specifies requirements for the design construction and performance of fully finished external pedestrian doorsets of various types. It does not apply to doorsets supplied as kits for site assembly.
